Gift card, anyone?
The Foundation Works Client Appreciation Program was created to show our appreciation for your honest feedback and referrals. There are a few ways that we reward our clients.
Monthly Drawing $100 Gift Card
Each month, we will give one of our clients a $100 gift card. To enter the drawing, simply leave us an honest review on Google.
$50 Home Depot Gift Cards
Do you like our work, and know someone who can benefit from our services? Whether you refer a friend, neighbor, family member, or a colleague, we’ll keep track and give you a $50 gift card to say thanks.
Terms & Conditions
The Foundation Works considers anyone who schedules work with us a client. If you are a past client who has not yet given us a Google review or a referral, you qualify for our gift card giveaways.
Monthly Drawing. You will receive an entry into our monthly drawing for each Google review. Limit: (2) reviews/entries per household; If you have a spouse, partner, or co-owner, they can leave a review in addition to yours. Our drawings take place the first week of each month taking in account all of the “entries” from the previous month. You will be notified via email, text, and/or by phone. By leaving a review, you are giving consent to our Marketing Department to reach out to you and notify you if you’re a winner. Since accurate contact information is necessary to reach out and notify entrants, entries into the Monthly Drawing must be searchable within our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) using the first name, last name, or email address used to enter the drawing. This information is provided by Google, and may not reflect what our company has on file within our CRM. In cases where an entrant cannot be matched with a contact in our CRM, that entry is disqualified from the Monthly Drawing.
If an entrant is selected as the winner of the Monthly Drawing and cannot be contacted, such in the case where the entrant is not found within our CRM using the data provided by Google, The Foundation Works Marketing Department will randomly select a follow up winner in that entrant’s place. To prevent being disqualified from the Monthly Drawing, please make sure your email address, first name, and last name used to leave a Google review matches what we have on file in our CRM system. Alternatively, you can send a Verification email to marketing@thefoundationworks.com on the day you leave a Google review with your first name, last name, email address, and screenshot of your review if you are unsure if the information displayed on Google will be sufficient enough to match you within our CRM. Verification emails after a drawing has been conducted will not be considered.
Contest winners have (5) days to confirm the address they would like their gift card to be mailed or hand delivered after the Marketing Department has contacted them notifying them that they are a winner.
Referral Rewards. Each time you refer us and your referral chooses The Foundation Works to perform any work, we will reward you by giving you a $50 Home Depot gift card. All clients have the option to email the Marketing Department and inform us of any referrals they’ve sent to The Foundation Works. We can use this information to match what we have in our CRM. Due to the limited number of inspection slots we have each week, the following applies:
New Clients
- Referrals must be made within 14 days of the completion of your job, or within 10 days of your initial inspection. We ask each person who contacts us, “How did you hear about us?” whether they fill out our “Schedule an Inspection” form online, or call us to book an inspection. This is how we keep track of referrals. Alternatively, you can inform the marketing department of any referrals given by emailing marketing@thefoundationworks.com during the month you gave a referral(s).
- Please allow up to 45 days from your job completion to receive your gift card(s) from any referrals you send our way.
Past Clients
If your inspection occurred earlier this year, you’ve already booked work with us, or we are currently working on your home, you qualify for Referral Rewards as well!
- Referrals must be made within 14 days of the completion of your job. If we’ve completed work or an inspection for you earlier this year, rewards for referrals will be given for any referrals received after July 10th, 2023.
- Please allow up to 45 days from the time we complete the work to receive your gift card(s).
